/All day today I thought I was going to write about the New Moon because it’s a great time to set your intentions — and I think we all need a moment these days to reconnect to our desires amidst the uncertainty.
The New Moon was a few hours ago now and as I tried to write a post on here it Just. Wouldn’t. Flow.
Well, I’ve learned to listen to my gut as a creative and a writer and if it’s not flowing… It’s probably not what I should be writing about today.
So instead I wanted to share a cool little tool that was shared with my team today that I thought you might enjoy too!
It’s called Teeny Breaks.
Teeny Breaks is a Chrome extension you can use with Google Chrome to make it so that every time you open a new tab you get a simple mindfulness tips to help you make the most of your short breaks throughout the day, all backed by science.
I’m a huge nerd when it comes to learning new ways to take care of ourselves, and my favorite way to incorporate habits is in small, manageable ways that fit into my life so seamlessly that I don’t even register I’m changing and growing.
